Me, as a user, should not have to hire a lawyer to understand terms of use. I should also not have to spend an hour going through the agreement documents. There are ways of communicating the terms of use in a simple language. Use should also not be expected to be keeping up with changes to terms of of use. Perhaps there should be a global terms of use document acting as a superior document governing the user-online service agreement.
