Crowdwisdom implements these data usage principles:

1. All user posts are public.
2. Personal information such as user name, email address and password is private and is not available to anyone except the owner of private data. It is also not a part of the aggregate dataset.
3. Aggregate dataset refers to the collective dataset of all public Crowdwisdom user generated data (including posts, tags and associated data).
4. Aggregate dataset shall be legally owned by a legal entity representing user-owners of the platform.
5. User-owner data cooperative is the sole entity with ownership rights over the aggregate dataset.
